Jenved is a Skin Care & Personal Care Brand, customer safety and product hygiene are our top priorities.
Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

The return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or health products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events


3. Return Request Process

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Reason for return

Our support team will respond within 48 hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • Once approved, customers will be provided with return instructions

  • Return shipping is free for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect products

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service


5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is approved due to defect, damage, or incorrect item


6. Replacement Option

If stock is available, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
